JetBlue Public Status Match (Aug 2024 - forward)
As noted on numerous travel blogs, B6 is now offering a standing status match to Alaska, American, Delta, and United. Link here:

Just as a data point, I submitted my DL Platinum status for match to Mosaic 2 at ~10:45 AM today. I received approval notice at ~2:30 PM, barely four hours later. So they're processing these fast, at least initially. Note that I was already only a few tiles short of Mosaic 1 at this point in the year anyway, so not sure how much bearing that had on how quick my approval came.

How long should we expect this to last, based on prior history? The link only says it is subject to termination without notice.
What do I get with Mosaic One that I don't get with my Barclays B6 credit card?
- EMS (E+) seats at checkin? Last time I checked there were no aisle seats at checkin and in fact they were booked well in advance.
- SDC? That could be useful if I'm buy a lower fare and want to switch to the better flight. But again, there's that pesky seating issue.
- Free drinks?
Not to kick a gift horse, but it seems Mosaic 2 is the sweet spot.

Yes, being able to snag EMS for free for myself and all of my family members at purchase is where the biggest value lies (at least personally). Everything else is either duplicative or window dressing. Mint upgrade certificates might be nice in theory, but they won't match you past Mosaic 2, and it's a big stretch to get there.
In terms of how long it lasts, who knows -- but it's notable that this is now presented as a standing offer, and not explicitly time-limited as in the past.

I did the Diamond -> Mosaic 4 status match in 2023 (and had the JetBlue Plus credit card already so it was easy to extend). I'm only at ~30 tiles this year from organic spend. Would I be able to use my AA EXP status to match to Mosaic 2 (maybe wait until mid/late 2025, since I won't be in the US and thus not flying B6 much until sometime in 2025)? They added a "no status match within 24 months" requirement, but I don't remember if that was originally there in the first status match. Also a lot more interested in flying B6 since they have added Mint SJU-JFK which links with Mint transatlantic/transcontinental.
(Alternatively I'll figure out some way to maintain at least Mosaic 1 status by buying luggage or something, or there will be a Black Friday promotion or something; unclear what real benefit I get from it, but it's kind of fun having 2x *G, OWE, DL Diamond, and Frontier 100K simultaneously. Mosaic 2 does seem markedly better, though.)

I believe the terms of prior limited-time matches are not relevant, and you are held to the terms of the current match -- so nothing for 24 months.
