However, JetBlue’s Mosaic status match doesn’t quite line up with other status match schemes in terms of the status you’ll receive. Moreover, JetBlue hasn’t specified a closing date for applications, but it has said that the offer is for a limited time and can be pulled at any given time, so you’ll have to act fast.
JetBlue’s Mosaic Status Match
Let’s start with the good news: matching your status to JetBlue Mosaic is easy.
All you need to do is take a screenshot of your current status profile and a screenshot of your most recent boarding pass using said status.
Once you’ve done that, you’ll need to set up a TrueBlue account — if you haven’t already — then you’re all set to apply through this link.
Your shiny new status will be valid for 3 months, with the option to extend through the end of the following calendar year by hitting the following criteria:
- 10 tiles to keep Mosaic 1
- 25 tiles to keep Mosaic 2
- 40 tiles to earn Mosaic 3

Match to Mosaic Level 1
Curiously, if you’re a holder of the below mid-tier statuses, you’ll only get JetBlue’s lowest level of status, Mosaic 1:
- Alaska Airlines MVP or MVP Gold
- American Airlines Gold or Platinum
- Delta Air Lines Silver or Gold
- United Airlines Premium Silver or Premier Gold
The perks that come with Mosaic 1 are a mix between entry- and mid-level status that you might be used to, such as:
- Priority boarding
- Priority security (full list of participating airports)
- Dedicated check in
- First 2 checked bags free
Mosaic 1 holders will also get to enjoy free beer, wine, or liquor (up to 3 per flight), a dedicated 24/7 Mosaic phone line, and and the ability to upgrade to an Even More Space seat for free at check in.
JetBlue has also preselected Mint Suite Priority as the “Perks You Pick” for status matched Mosaic 1 members.
Match to Mosaic 2
Status holders of higher tiers — such as Alaska’s MVP Gold 75K or 100K; American’s Executive Platinum, Platinum Pro, or ConciergeKey; Delta Platinum, Diamond, or Delta 360; or United’s Premier Platinum, Premier 1K, or Global Services — will be matched with JetBlue’s Mosaic 2.
Forget lounge access (JetBlue doesn’t have lounges, not even for business class passengers), automatic waitlisted upgrades, or other perks you’d expect with top level status. The only additional benefit of Mosaic 2 is that you’ll be able to upgrade to an Even More Space seat at booking, rather than waiting until check in.
The “Perks You Pick” that JetBlue has assigned for its matched Mosaic 2 members are Mint Suite Priority and Pet Waiver Fee.
Is It Worth Matching to JetBlue Mosaic 1 or 2?
You’ve got absolutely nothing to lose by matching your current status with JetBlue.
Don’t be put off if you’re not immediately impressed with the benefits when comparing them to what you’re used to — think lounge access and upgrades.
