the problems at boeing. today the playmaker put out its third annual safety report. it says in the first 2 months of this year right after the door plug blowout submissions from employees raising concerns about safety and quality increased sixfold, 500% compared with the same period last year. and on a lighter note the list the most stressful airports in the country based on the number of flights and travellers and the cost for parking 2 airports each in florida california and texas made the list. chicago o'hare at the very top of the list and that's where i have a right because i've flown into and out of that airport a whole lot and the most stressful for me is orlando because you have so many families and kids everywhere because of the theme parks there and it stresses me out but maybe that's just me. >> for me though it's atlanta and chicago because the track, i had a backpack on this weekend in atlanta and felt like i walked up a mountain so i guess

>> it appears that all engines are going to june 3rd to begin this trial with jury selection. hunter biden was here in his hometown of wilmington delaware to answer for this indictment that was filed last year by special counsel david weiss accusing hunter biden of saying no or marking no on a federal firearms form when he said he was not addicted to drugs back in 2018. now we were there when the president's' son walked out of his courthouse. the hearing lasted 2 hours. it was an opportunity for hunters legal team and special counsel to kind of hash out last-minute issues, 11th hour issues before this trial starts. today in court judge maryellen ruled special counsel cannot mention the indictment and pending tax case california or mention his child support case in arkansas or even his discharge from the navy. special counsel cannot use the phrase extravagant lifestyle but may mention some of those purchases.

the judge presiding over the trial is the same judge charles last year who basically blew up and tore up hunter biden's plea deal. maryellen norey cat is no-nonsense. she ruled in favour of the prosecution that they do not need to prove that hunter biden was allegedly on drugs the day he allegedly filled out the gun form but just around the time in general. special counsel david weiss was in the room watching closely. we know he will interest parts of the infamous hunter biden laptop of it as evidence. would know which parts but we do know 51 former intelligence officials in 2020 said it was likely russian disinformation. david weiss' office says it's not. we didn't know much about what abby low hunter biden's attorney plans to present in front of the jury but he hinted today he may present the theory that hunter biden did not actually check no on the box and there may be a chain of custody issue and other

we will let the tech folks start it all out. the laptop wants russian disinformation front and centre in a trial that everyone's been waiting for. >> it is insanity. this whole case has gone sideways but by today the judge brought back on track. remember in 2023 the plea deal was immediately thrown out because hunter biden would not agree to broad immunity. he wanted brought immunity. today the judge answered pretrial requests and decided that laptop cell phone text messages, whatsapp messages, all of that will be admitted during this trial in june which will tell us then what was hunter biden doing at the time? was he talking to his drug dealers? was he making arrangements for drugs? all of that comes into play because the case is based on him

being a drug user on or about the time he purchased this firearm. >> how much is that? there was an effort to say hey at the very moment he was filling out this form he might have been on drugs at this time therefore didn't know what he was doing. certainly wasn't something he did deliberately. i don't know the judges buying that. apparently has not. but how do you get around the issue that during that time period he certainly was, i think we all know now pretty heavy user? 's. the prosecution has got to attempt to introduce then all of this data that's on his cell phone faculties text messages, allegedly messages to a drug dealers, messages to other family members or friends where he's engaging in conversation about doing drugs, and that will be part of the prosecution's case to prove that while he was

purchasing a firearm on or about that time, that's what the judge today decided. he didn't have to be on drugs at the exact moment he purchased the gun, that the prosecution has to prove honour about the time he was purchasing the firearm he was a drug user known also the judge will allow some excerpts from hunter biden's book, his memoir which talk about drug use and his life and lifestyle since 2015 when he claims he became a drug user as a result of his brother's death. >> let's switch gears to the new york trump trial. closing arguments scheduled for tuesday. what should we expect? >> i think we are going to expect fireworks from the defence. the defence is going to come out guns blazing. no case has been made. there has been yet to see a fact
