If you have a Webex account, sign in to your Webex site and enter the meeting number in the search box.
If you don't have an account, join by entering the meeting number on webex.com.
Why is there no audio?
If you're using your computer for audio:
-
The speaker or microphone volume may be low. Adjust your speaker and microphone settings.
-
An overloaded network can cause poor quality audio or video. Try turning off your video and other devices that may be using a lot of bandwidth. If all else fails, consider dialing into your meeting for audio.
-
If you join from your browser using the web app, you may need to allow Webex to use your microphone.

How do I set up a meeting?
You must have a Webex account to set up a meeting. If you don't have an account, sign up for a free account and get started.
Why can't I record?
-
You may not be the host of the meeting. If you were invited to the meeting, ask the host to record.
If the host isn't in the meeting, a cohost assumes the host role and can record. Once the original host joins, they take back the host role and the ability to record.
-
Your site may be out of storage space. Download recordings to back them up, then delete them in User Hub to make space.
-
Recording may not be enabled. Contact your Webex administrator.
-
For free users, recording is only available from the desktop app. You can't record if you start a meeting from the web app using a Chromebook.
- If visual watermarks are added to shared content in a meeting, your organization may prevent recording the meeting.
